I will never be staying at your place. There will be things I do not know about. For example, if there is an issue with a TV remote. If a guest calls because they do not know how to work the remote, if it is not something simple, I will be referring them to you. It is the same with a coffee maker, microwave or any other appliance that may need a little know how. When a guest calls about such things, I will ask them to call you since these are your property and you know how to use them.


If your home is needing remodling or you just want a new look, this is a decission that you need to make on your own. It will be ok to ask for my advice, but I will not be in charge of any of the construction or overseeing any of the work. I am not a contracter so it is best for you that I don't.

If you decide that this is what you want to do, you will need to give me a 90 day notice as guests will have booked and any beyond 90 days I will have to find a new location for them to stay.
